This terms of service applies to those who use "HStudio" or "Any Discord Bots From HStudio" and agree to "HStudio" to these terms of service.

General

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

  • Bots under the "HStudio" network do not guarantee being online at all times.
  • Bots under the "HStudio" network may be discontinued at any time.
  • Bots under the "HStudio" network may undergo maintenance at any time.
  • "HStudio" cannot guarantee the security of the servers that host the bots. Users should study and have knowledge before deciding to use the bots.
  • "HStudio" reserves the right to deny the use of bots under the HStudio network without needing to provide a reason.
  • The aforementioned terms can be changed at any time without prior notice.

Payment

  • Purchasing Premium will grant products or services on an individual or per-server basis, depending on the product details.
  • After receiving Premium, repurchasing will reset the usage duration.
  • "HStudio" reserves the right to refuse or cancel Premium services without prior notice.
  • "HStudio" will not issue refunds after payment has been made, except in cases of system errors.

ข้อตกลงนี้ระบุถึงบอทดิสคอร์ด "HStudio" หรือกล่าวได้ว่า "บอทที่อยู่ในเครือ HStudio" หากผู้ใดใช้งานบอทในเครือ "HStudio" ถือว่ารับข้อตกลงดังต่อไปนี้

ทางเรามีสิทธิ์ที่จะปรับเปลี่ยนข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

ทั่วไป

  • บอทในเครือ "HStudio" ไม่รับประกันออนไลน์ตลอดเวลา
  • บอทในเครือ "HStudio" จะปิดให้บริการเมื่อไหร่ก็ได้
  • บอทในเครือ "HStudio" จะปิดเพื่อปรับปรุงเมื่อไหร่ก็ได้
  • ทาง "HStudio" ไม่สามารถรับประกันความปลอดภัยของเซิฟเวอร์ที่ใช้งานบอท ผู้ใช้งานควรศึกษาและมีความรู้ก่อนตัดสินใจใช้งานบอท
  • ทาง "HStudio" มีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธในการให้ใช้งานบอทในเครือ HStudio โดยที่ไม่ต้องระบุเหตุผล
  • ข้อตกลงที่กล่าวมานั้น สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตลอดโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

การชำระเงิน

  • การชื้อ Premium จะได้รับสินค้าหรือบริการเป็นรายบุคคลหรือรายเซิร์ฟเวอร์ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดสินค้านั้นๆ
  • หลังจากได้รับ Premium แล้วหากซื้อซ้ำจะเป็นการรีเซ็ตอายุการใช้งาน
  • ทาง "HStudio" มีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธการให้บริการหรือยกเลิกการให้บริการ Premium โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  • ทาง "HStudio" จะไม่คืนเงินหลังจากมีการชำระเงินเข้ามาในระบบแล้ว นอกเสียจากจะเป็นข้อผิดพลาดของระบบ
